Very pleased with being able to easily find just the right light for my Kobe range hood, thanks to your well designed website. The new lights I ordered are even brighter than the originals, a big improvement over the original dimmer lights. I only wish there was a local pick up location for those of us who live close to your Arcadia warehouse.

I am disappointed that when I received my replacement lights for my Kobe vent mainly because when I spoke with customer service I was told that these were the correct lights. Because the lights didn’t have the correct connections I had to use wire with the proper connection from the old light and splice it to the new light fixture in order for it to work.
I changed light bulb and fixed problem with excellent customer service. Thank you.
