We’re sorry you had to wait so long for your parts. Your replacement package, including the LED lights, has now arrived in Canada and is still in transit. We’ll continue to keep an eye on the shipment until it is delivered.
LED driver and light replacement for Kobe hood was not difficult and
lights are now back in operation! Once product was in stock at Kobe I had the parts within a week. There is no Kobe authorized repair in my area but the YouTube videos were sufficient to guide me through the repair process.

Bought the hood in 2010 and the lights lasted about 6 years. (I replaced them twice in that time). The new ones are brighter and a like the color.
