I am disappointed that when I received my replacement lights for my Kobe vent mainly because when I spoke with customer service I was told that these were the correct lights. Because the lights didn’t have the correct connections I had to use wire with the proper connection from the old light and splice it to the new light fixture in order for it to work.
I changed light bulb and fixed problem with excellent customer service. Thank you.
Kobe Rangehood's customer service was great, and email communications regarding which version of the replacement light is correct.

Very pleased these lights were delivered without tariffs. I did speak with Ben from FedEx, signed some paperwork, and we were good to go. I understood there would be a fee of $15 CAD, but I haven't seen any tariff bill yet.
