Just received my replacement LED driver for my Kobe under cabinet range fan, and installed it. Nothing. At least I had dim lights with the original LED driver installed, but not with the replacement part, 0402-D001. There goes $69….
Customer service was great when it appeared the item was out of stock. Shipping was quick (albeit pricey) but when the item arrived, it didn't work!
Received part in timely manner. After initial installation it wasn't working as expected but after a quick email discussion with the customer service team I realized my installation mistake. Lights are working again!
Arrived early and worked as described.
The driver did the job. Turns out I also had a dirty switch, I also had to disasemble and clean the switch assembly. But the LED driver and lights are now working, thank you.
