It was difficult to figure out what parts I needed, but thanks to an electrician. I hired we were able to get the right parts.
My leds for my Kobehood lights stopped working two months ago.I bought this unit and brand new led lights from your site.I had my electrician replace the parts and my lights still do not work. We used a voltmeter and checked that electricity is flowing though the light switch on the Kobehood. I will probably replace the entire hood bc of the bad quality of the parts and thehood fan itself.
It did not fix my problem and no one will respond to my email. Not good business
This part, to repair the lights on our range hood, did not resolve the problem. I had sent an inquiry on your web site about returning the part almost two weeks ago and have not received a response. There is no help line to resolve problems. It is surprising to us that the lights have stopped working when the hood was fairly expensive and not very old. We love the low profile design and the functionality up until now. But it is a problem not having any lights.
