Control Unit L1-0404-6001-C

Once again with this other purchase, it seems that Kobe have real issues with shipping in Canada… I didn’t receive the package.
I expect though, as with the first purchase, that Kobe will get in touch and ship again my purchase. According to the tracking number, there was a shipping address issue but clearly on the tracking label the address is the right one.
Despite it, I am still waiting for the package as I received an ask for review, which cannot be higher than two stars until the situation is corrected. Then I will be happy to put a five stars review for willingness to aim client satisfaction.

I installed the new control and though it fits perfectly it seems defective. It turns on and off well and allows turning the fan speed up and down,but the fan itself only works on level 5.
I know that the issue is with the new control and the old one is able to get the fan going at all levels when I take it out and clean it.

I have a Kobe CH9136SQB and need a control unit which go plugged with oil and grease. They said the part is discontinued. I spent over a $1000 for the unit and have to replace it because I can't get the part. This is not fair and I would not buy another Kobe. Save your money.

Control did not work. I requested a refund and I'm awaiting a response.

My range hood hasn't worked since the control unit failed. I've replaced the unit to no avail. The hood is less than 4 years old, with light use, and constant care/cleaning. I just want this to work without having to replace the whole unit which was installed in a custom fitting.
