I have a Kobe CH9136SQB and need a control unit which go plugged with oil and grease. They said the part is discontinued. I spent over a $1000 for the unit and have to replace it because I can't get the part. This is not fair and I would not buy another Kobe. Save your money.
Control did not work. I requested a refund and I'm awaiting a response.
My range hood hasn't worked since the control unit failed. I've replaced the unit to no avail. The hood is less than 4 years old, with light use, and constant care/cleaning. I just want this to work without having to replace the whole unit which was installed in a custom fitting.
New component turns on by itself at least twice a day
