one of my single buttons fell off and broke, I dont need the entire part replacement I just need to replace the silver cap to one of the buttons but apparently you can;t get them anywhere.

Control switch works fine. Now I need a ballast for the same hood but am unable to find it on your website

You shipped a light not the switch I paid for and I contacted Coustomer support and am still waiting for the part I ordered.

We’re sorry again that you initially received the wrong part. The correct Control Switch (L1-0405-0301) was sent as a replacement and has now been delivered. We apologize for the mix-up and inconvenience, and thank you for your patience.
Switch does not work with our unit and is the only replacement switch available for our unit. The replacement has extra prongs on it and does not work with the original connection layout when connected. Only the lights work and not the fan when connected to the new switch
